We are an interdisciplinary team of cell and molecular biologists with expertise in receptor signalling, cell membrane biology, biophysics and bioinformatics. Our know how in the domain of early cellular signalling detection in live cells led to the development of our proprietary CYME technology, a novel screening approach combining FRET and spectral analysis techniques.

We offer cell-based assays for the identification of lead compounds in the highly informative context of live cells. Our services cover classical screening needs (e.g. PKA, PKC, MAPK, PI3K pathway detection for GPCR and RTK targets) as well as the development of system specific assays for detection of signalling events linked to other cell targets.
CYME technology permits intracellular protein translocation events to be monitored by protein-to-lipid energy transfer methods. CYME-based cell assays allow time-resolved descriptions of early cellular events induced by binding of the ligand to its target. The CYME approach provides full time-course data output and performs dose-response curve analysis(IC/EC 50). Signals are analyzed spectrofluorimetrically using our in house Fluo-SpectrAnalyzer screening platform.
